Phenomena
- IP access is normal.
- Can ping domain names.
- DNS resolution is normal.
- No proxy is set.
- Unable to open web pages.
- Some software can be used directly, but not the browser.
Solution with Administrator Privileges
Enter CMD and input the following command, press Enter, and then restart the computer:
